How does E-(mail) Coaching work?

Some people like to consider what they want to say before they say it and so writing things down helps them to get their thoughts on paper. You also have the opportunity to write and re-write text, save or print off the documents. Most of my clients have children at home so, by utilizing e-coaching, they don’t need to hire a babysitter. You can choose your own time frame that is best for you.
